dear boyfriend,

i miss you, come home!

Patty is spending time with a boy named froggy tonight in st. louis seeing coheed and porcupine tree so...i went shopping:) and my lovely sister is coming to stay with me, im scared to stay alone, i think we'll make ice cream:)

heres some new boots i got tonight! i was so excited to get them that i grabbed the wrong size without noticing. (oops!) ill have to take them back later, i suppose.


prettty. i have a sick obsession with boots, i need a boot room, i think.

10. my job. i truly love it. i couldnt have asked for a better job at this time in my life. it seemed to have fallen into step perfectly with my lifestyle and ive learned so much about technical photography and a positive attitude;)

9. my bicycle. i ride it all the time its my new favorite form of excercise next to running ♥

8. im not pregnant or married. theres a time for everything and 20 years is not the time for either of these things.

7. im happy that i have no religion and im very comfortable with it. id say im 50/50 atheist/agnostic.

6. zombies. im fascinated with all things zombie.

5. blake. i have the best most inspiring best friend in the whole world. i could never explain in words how much that relationship means to me.

4. my family. they're all so supportive and creative and a little bit odd. they've really made it comfortable for me to mature into the person i am right now.

3. patrick, le boyfriend. hes like magic in my life. my deepest, most atrocious fears and problems mean nothing upon looking at him. plus hes cute and plays video games with me... i could go on and on...

Happy birthday, sister!

it was anjes birthday today. sometimes i try to be as responsible, put together, and fresh as her but i fail mostly. i lost my keys twice at her house tonight, showed up in my work uniform, and ate all her cake. ha! i think we like it that way though.

my dad brought me this basket of yarn tonight at work, basket and all! how cute, right?!

ive been pulling my hair out trying to get gift finished for my sisters birthday on monday. its coming along and im super excited about it!

memories

i made memories last week, what did you do?

last week was fan-TAS-tic to say the least. some of my favorite family members showed up on tuesday, momma on thursday, and i got to see my lovely grandma on friday ♥

mom, me, blake, aunt sherri <-- she bought us all vintage sunglasses. she was making fun of them but i thought they were cute :\ we had a pretty adventurous week. blake, erica, (his little sister) and i all went caving. it was terrifying for me considering my irrational fear of closed spaces, once we couldnt see the light i panicked, sweating in freezing conditions, shaking, heart pumping through my chest, man-with-a-chainsaw-after-me type of fear. we had to leave. which was a good thing because the cave we were in was apparently illegal to enter, we found out afterward. we exited sludging through the muddy water sucking at our ankles, mud and bat poop dripping from every inch of our bodies, flashlights in hand and surprisingly still in-tact. i imagine we looked quite frightening to the kids playing in the entrance to the cave, they looked at us in pure shock. then they left.

after clogging all the drains with amount of thick red clay mud trapped in our clothes, we showered, changed, and headed to the drive-in movie with the family. how cute the drive in movies are:)
